Book a Private Healing Session

Join us for plant medicine ceremonies, breathwork, and integration support in a safe, nurturing environment. You are gently guided through every step of your personal healing journey.

How to Prepare for Your 1:1 Session

Please follow these instructions prior to your session:

Before your session
  • Do not eat a full meal within 4 hours of the session.
  • Prepare a space free from noise and distraction.
  • Have the intention to receive.
  • Enter the Zoom meeting a few minutes before the session to make the most of our time.
  • Have a blanket and a pillow nearby for comfort; you will be lying down for most of the session.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows your body to fully relax.
  • Put your phone and all devices on Do Not Disturb; notifications and interruptions can break the container.
  • Have a glass of water within reach after the session.
  • Remove any jewelry, crystals, or energetic objects you do not want activated or affected during the work.
  • Avoid alcohol, cannabis, or other substances for at least 24 hours prior to the session.
  • Ensure your Zoom camera is positioned so I can see your upper body. This allows me to hold space for you more fully during the session.
  • Come with an open heart; you do not need to understand shamanic healing for it to work; your willingness is enough.
After the session, plan to:
  • Rest for the remainder of the day if possible.
  • Drink plenty of water to support integration.
  • Avoid jumping back into demanding tasks, screens, or social obligations immediately following; give the healing time to settle.
