About Us
Temple of the Sovereign Path is a non-profit organization that was founded to provide guided meditation, breathwork, and plant medicine ceremonies in Sedona’s powerful natural landscape. Evelin, the founder, felt a strong personal calling to explore healing, consciousness, and how people can find their true inner balance. For the past 10 years, she has focused on learning and practicing ceremonial traditions, somatic healing, and other methods to support emotional release and personal growth.
Through mentorship from teachers in Indigenous ceremonial traditions and integration practices, Evelin developed a strong respect for the importance of creating safe, intentional containers for this work. These influences now shape the foundation of Temple of the Sovereign Path.
Today, Temple of the Sovereign Path offers guided plant medicine ceremonies in Sedona’s powerful natural landscape that combine ceremony, and guided integration. These retreats help people let go of emotional burdens, reconnect with their true selves, and find new clarity and purpose. Each retreat takes place in a supportive setting, so the changes people experience last well beyond the retreat itself.
What Happens in a Retreat
Our Sedona plant medicine retreats are intentionally organized to guide participants through a comprehensive process of preparation, experience, and integration. Each retreat incorporates guided meditation, breathwork, and light movement practices to facilitate physical, emotional, and mental release. Participants are supported in a small-group setting, with each experience carefully guided to allow for personal insight, rest, and reflection. The retreat schedule balances intensive inner work with grounding practices, allowing participants to progress at a supported, manageable pace.
Who It’s For
Benefits
These plant medicine retreats in Sedona are intended for people seeking meaningful transformation and a closer connection with themselves. Participants may be managing life transitions, experiencing emotional challenges, feeling constrained by habitual patterns, or seeking greater focus and purpose. The retreat is most appropriate for those who are open, self-responsible, and willing to engage in the process with intention. Prior experience with plant medicine is not required; however, a devotion to being present with one's inner experience is essential.
Participants in our Sedona plant medicine retreats frequently report a range of benefits, including emotional release, enhanced mental clarity, and a strengthened perception of connection to themselves and their life direction. Practices such as Kambo, Cacao, and breathwork are designed to support the body in resetting stress cycles and fostering new viewpoints and understandings. Many individuals leave the retreat feeling unburdened, more grounded, and better prepared to make decisions aligned with their personal and professional goals.
Preparation
Integration
Safety is a core priority in all of our plant medicine retreats in Sedona. Each participant completes a thorough screening process prior to attending to ensure the experience is appropriate for them. Clear preparation guidelines are provided, including dietary recommendations, lifestyle considerations, and what to expect during each ceremony. All sessions are facilitated in a controlled, helpful environment with attention to pacing, individual needs, and integration support. This structure helps create a safe container in which participants can fully engage in the process with confidence.
Integration is an essential part of the plant medicine retreat experience. Following the ceremonies, participants are given time and space to process their experiences through reflection, discussion, and grounding practices. Guidance is provided on integrating insights from the Sedona retreat into daily life, supporting lasting change rather than temporary shifts. Continued awareness, practical exercises, and intentional action are emphasized to help participants stabilize and build upon the gains achieved during the retreat.
